Katie has been a lifelong Michigander, primarily in South East Michigan.  She graduated from Baker College Summa Cum Laude, earning a BBA and MBA with a focus in Human Resources.  Katie went on and is also a recent graduate of Michigan State University, having earned a Masters Certificate in Strategic Leadership.  Katie lives in Madison Heights with her Husband and 3 fur babies Madison, Peyton and Juno.   The family enjoys finding new restaurants and fun activities in the area and loves the close proximity to sporting events, music venues, and county parks.  Katie has lived in Belleville, Saint Clair Shores, and Livonia.  She enjoys finding a project home that needs a little love and making it shine.  She has successfully fixed up and sold of 3 of her own houses in the past few years, and takes pride in the small details that make a house a home.

Katie has a passion for volunteering in the community.  She prefers outdoor volunteer activities that allow her to experience all that Michigan has to offer but has also worked with local food pantries.  She has been able to put some of her knowledge and skill on DIY home improvement projects to work in some of her recent volunteer activities.  Katie prides herself on her integrity, responsiveness, transparency, and care.
